Privacy Policy

The short version

• Your photos are used only to make the creation you asked for.
• We never sell your data or your photos.
• We never use your photos or creations to train AI models.
• We don’t do facial recognition and don’t build face profiles of anyone.
• You can delete any creation, or your whole account, at any time.

Who we are

Viberot is run by SHIQI Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. If you have any question about your data, write to support@viberot.com and a real person will answer.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to run Viberot:

• Your account: your name, email and profile picture from Google or Apple sign-in, or the email you sign up with.
• What you create: the photos, prompts and audio you upload, and the videos, GIFs and images made from them.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data: things like pages visited, device type and approximate country, so we can keep the site working and improve it.
• Support messages you send us.

Your photos

Most creations start from a photo of a person, so we treat photos with extra care:

• They are used only to generate your creation and show it to you.
• Each photo goes through an automatic safety check to block nudity and other misuse.
• We do not create facial geometry or any biometric data from them, and we do not use them to identify anyone.
• Please only upload photos of yourself or of people who are happy for you to use them.

How we use your data

To run your account, make your creations, process payments, answer support, keep the service safe from fraud and abuse, and understand how the site is used so we can make it better. We may send you product updates; you can unsubscribe from any email.

Under UK and EU data protection law, we rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a safe service, your consent where needed (for example, analytics cookies in the UK and EU), and our legal duty to keep tax records.

Who can see your creations

Creations made on free accounts are public: anyone with the link can see them, and they may appear on Viberot. Creations on paid accounts are private by default; you choose whether to make them public. Share pages are not indexed by search engines, and you can delete any creation whenever you like.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to help run Viberot, for things like hosting, payments and generating your creations. They may only use your data to provide that service to us.

We don’t sell personal data. We only share it otherwise if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Your account and creations: until you delete them.
• Payment records: 6 years, because UK tax law requires it.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.

When you delete your account, your profile and creation history are removed. If you would also like every stored file erased, just email us and we’ll do it within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

All data travels over encrypted connections, access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, and payments never touch our servers. If anything ever goes wrong that affects your data, we will tell you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. You can delete creations and your account yourself in Settings; for anything else, email support@viberot.com and we’ll reply within one month. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also contact your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Age

Viberot is for people aged 18 and over. If you think someone younger has given us their data, let us know and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here, and for important changes we’ll email you.
