Independent tool, no affiliation

Viberot is an independent AI image and video tool. Some of our video templates are inspired by viral social-media trends and are named after the song, meme or performance they are based on so people can find them. Viberot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, performer, label, publisher, show or platform whose name appears in a trend. Trend names, song titles and artist names belong to their respective owners.

We do not use any artist’s face, voice or original footage to make your video. The scene is generated from the photos you upload; movement is driven by stylised motion guides (line drawings and depth maps) that contain no identifiable person.

Audio in downloaded videos

Some trend templates deliver the finished clip with a short section of the trend audio so it is ready to post. Others are delivered without music so you can add the official sound from your platform’s licensed music library. Either way, having audio in a downloaded file does not grant you a music licence or permission to publish the recording. You are responsible for following the rules of the platform where you publish, including its rules on music and on labelling AI-generated content.

Your uploads

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Our moderation rejects photos of public figures and minors before any credits are charged, and we refuse requests to use someone else’s video as a reference.

If you believe content hosted on Viberot infringes your copyright, or uses your likeness without permission, send a notice to support@viberot.com with the subject line “DMCA”. Please include:

  1. The URL of the content on viberot.com (or the exact page and example).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work or likeness you believe is infringed.
  3. Your name, address, email and, if applicable, the rights holder you represent.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review notices promptly and remove or disable access to the material in question while we do so. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are terminated.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, email support@viberot.com with the subject line “DMCA counter-notice”, the URL of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact details and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live. We forward counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the content after ten business days unless we are notified that legal action has been filed.
