Terms of Service

Who we are

Viberot (“Viberot”, “we”, “us”) is operated by SHIQI Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of viberot.com and our AI generation services. By creating an account, buying credits or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

Who can use Viberot

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy credits. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure and for everything done through it.

How the service works

Viberot turns your photos and prompts into AI videos, GIFs and images using our own pipeline and third-party AI models. Results depend on your inputs and on those models: we do not guarantee any particular result, quality, likeness or generation time. Video and GIF generation is asynchronous and can take several minutes.

Credits and payments

• Generations are paid for with credits. The credit cost of each generation is shown before you generate.
• Free accounts receive 20 credits each month. They expire after 30 days and are not carried over.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits from packs do not expire.
• Pro and Ultra subscriptions add a monthly credit allowance. Subscription credits expire 30 days after they are issued.
• If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used only on Viberot.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Pro and Ultra subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as chosen at checkout) and the current price is charged to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Private and public creations

• Free accounts: creations are public. Anyone with the link can view them on a share page, and we may display them on Viberot.
• Paid accounts (any credit pack or subscription): creations are private by default. You can choose to make a creation public with the “Public visibility” switch before generating.
• Share pages are not submitted to search engines. You can delete a creation from your account at any time, which removes its share page.

Your content and our licence

You keep whatever rights you have in the photos, prompts and audio you upload (“Inputs”) and in the results you generate (“Outputs”). Because Outputs are produced by AI models, they may not be protected by copyright in every country, and similar Outputs may be produced for other users.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, copy and transmit your Inputs and Outputs as needed to run the service, and, for creations that are public, to display them on Viberot and on their share pages. This licence ends when you delete the creation or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models.

Commercial use. Outputs created while you have an active Pro or Ultra subscription may be used commercially. Outputs created on free accounts or with credit packs are for personal, non-commercial use. In every case you are responsible for making sure your use does not infringe anyone else’s rights (see “Trend templates and music” below).

Photos of people and likeness

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission to use their image this way. You must not use Viberot to:

• create sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content of anyone;
• create any content involving minors in a sexual, violent or exploitative way;
• impersonate a real person, or create content intended to deceive people into believing a real person said or did something;
• harass, bully, defame or humiliate anyone;
• create political misinformation, fake news or fraudulent material;
• use photos of celebrities, public figures or other people without their permission.

Our automated moderation rejects some of these requests before any credits are charged (for example nudity, and public figures in trend templates). Moderation is not perfect, and you remain responsible for what you upload and generate.

Trend templates and music

Some video templates are inspired by viral trends and are named after the song, meme or performance they reference. Viberot is not affiliated with or endorsed by any artist, label or platform named in a template. Where a downloaded video contains audio, you do not receive a music licence: you are responsible for following copyright law and the music and AI-labelling rules of the platform where you post. Labelling AI content

Outputs are AI-generated. When you publish them, you must not present them as real footage of real events, and you must follow any AI-content labelling rules that apply to you or to the platform you post on. Do not remove or alter any watermark or AI-content label to mislead others.

Prohibited use

You also agree not to: break any law; infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; upload malware; try to access other accounts or our systems without permission; scrape or use automated tools against the service; reverse engineer the service; or resell access to it without our written permission.

Suspension and termination

We may remove content, suspend or close an account if you break these Terms, if we receive a valid legal complaint, if a payment is reversed or disputed, or where required by law. Where we can, we will tell you why. If we close your account without you having broken these Terms, we will refund the unused credits from your credit pack purchases. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the service or Outputs, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stored content will be kept permanently. Download anything you want to keep.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Indemnity

If you use Viberot in breach of these Terms or the law (for example by uploading someone’s photo without permission), you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs we incur from claims made against us as a result, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the service and you can ask for a refund of unused credit pack purchases.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
