AI Bottle Kick Challenge: Kick the Bottles in 10 Seconds

Upload one photo and star in the bottle kick challenge AI clip everyone is remaking. You stand next to a waist-high crate with two water bottles stacked on top, bow to the camera with a dead-serious face, drop into a kung-fu stance and fire off three very careful practice kicks. Then the real one: the bottles fly, the crate tips over, and you grab your foot and hop out of the frame. The bottle kick challenge started as a 2019 martial-arts trick and came back in October 2026 as an AI skit with millions of views; this version makes the whole 10-second skit with you as the kicker, in your own clothes and your own background, with kick, crash and "ow" sound effects.

01 — How it works

How to make an AI bottle kick challenge video

One photo, about two minutes

01

Upload one photo

A clear photo of one person with the face visible. Full body works best, so your legs and the kick fit in the frame. You keep your face, hairstyle, outfit and background.

02

Pick format and quality

9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts or 16:9 for YouTube. Standard 480p or 720p is plenty for social; higher tiers render more detail. The price is shown before you start.

03

Generate and post

You get a 10-second MP4 with sound effects. Post it with #bottlekickchallenge, or add a trending sound in TikTok or CapCut.

02 — Features

What happens in the 10 seconds

01

The serious bow

You stand beside the crate, bow to the camera like a martial-arts master and drop into an over-the-top kung-fu stance.

02

Three practice kicks

Slow, careful kicks that stop just short of the bottles, each one followed by a confident little nod to the camera.

03

The real kick

One fast, high side kick: both bottles fly off, bounce on the floor and the crate tips over.

04

Instant regret

You grab your foot, hop on one leg with a pained "ow" and hop sideways out of the frame.

05

Still you, with sound

Your face, outfit and the background of your photo stay the same in every frame, and the clip comes with whoosh, crash and "ow" sound effects.

06 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the bottle kick challenge AI trend?
The bottle kick challenge began in 2019, when martial artists kicked the cap off a bottle. In October 2026 it came back as an AI skit: someone poses like a kung-fu master next to stacked bottles, practises a few kicks, finally kicks for real, knocks everything over and hops away holding their foot. This AI version makes that 10-second skit with you as the kicker, from one photo.
How much does it cost?
Standard 480p costs 64 credits and 720p costs 137 credits per 10-second video. The exact price is shown next to the Generate button before you start. Credit packs are one-time payments, no subscription, start at $9.90 for 600 credits and never expire.
How many photos do I need?
Just 1 photo of one person. A clear, well-lit, full-body photo with your face visible works best, so your legs and the kick fit in the frame.
Will I keep my own clothes and background?
Yes. You kick in the outfit and shoes you wear in your photo, and the background of your photo stays as the setting; the crate and the two bottles are added next to you. No karate uniform is swapped in.
Can I use my pet?
Not yet. This template is made for people for now; a pet version, where a cat or dog stands up and kicks the bottles, is planned. For now, use a photo of one person.
Does it include the original song?
No. The video comes with sound effects made for the clip: whooshes on the practice kicks, the thunk of the real kick, bottles clattering, the crate falling and a short "ow". There is no song and no lyrics, so you can add any trending sound in TikTok or CapCut when you post.
Can I make it with a celebrity photo?
No. Photos that appear to show public figures, including actors, athletes, singers and influencers, are rejected before any credits are charged. Use photos of yourself or of friends who agreed to be in your video.
Is it a real kick? Will I get hurt?
Nothing is filmed: the whole clip, the kick, the flying bottles and the hopping, is generated by AI from your photo. You get the funny fail without kicking anything.
What happens if the generation fails?
Failed videos are refunded automatically; the credits go straight back to your balance.
