How to Make the Iceman AI Video: Rap in Drake's Cold Room From One Photo
How to make the Iceman AI video: where Drake's cold-room rap scene comes from, every move in the clip, how one photo puts you in it and which photos work best.
The Iceman AI video is the one where someone leans on a white wall in a walk-in cold room and raps straight into a handheld camera, jabs a hand at the lens, walks along shelves stacked with white boxes, presses the beat down with both arms and turns away with a thumb over the shoulder. The rapper isn't Drake. It's whoever uploaded the photo. This guide covers where the scene comes from, what happens in each second, and how to make your own version from one picture.
The clips in this post were made with the Iceman AI video generator on Viberot.

Where the Iceman cold-room scene comes from#
Iceman is the Drake era that ran from the "ICEMAN EPISODE 1" livestream in July 2025 to the album release in May 2026. The whole rollout was built around ice: an ice-delivery company, ice trucks, and a giant ice block in Toronto with the release date frozen inside it. The "What Did I Miss?" video, the first one of that era, has a stretch shot in a cold storage room: white insulated walls, racks full of plain white boxes, hard cold light, and one handheld camera following the rapper around.
In October 2026, people started making "put yourself in a Drake music video" clips with AI. The best known is the Burning Bridges party scene. The Iceman cold-room rap is the other one. It has no crowd and no props, just you, the camera and the shelves.
Why it works as a template#
- It is one continuous shot. No cuts, a slightly shaky phone-style camera that follows you from the wall to the shelves and back. It looks like real footage.
- The room is the joke. Rapping like a headliner inside a walk-in freezer full of cardboard boxes is funny on its own, and anyone who has seen the video recognises the white walls straight away.
- The moves are simple and readable. Point at the lens, walk, press down, fist to the temple, thumb back. You can follow them with the sound off.
Every move, second by second#
The template runs 14 seconds. Here is what happens:
| Time | What you do |
|---|---|
| 0–2.5s | Step in front of the white wall and start rapping into the lens |
| 2.5–4s | The camera pushes in; you jab a hand at the lens and tilt your head |
| 4–7.5s | You turn away and walk along the shelves, brushing them with one hand |
| 7.5–9s | Square up to the camera and press both arms down on the beat |
| 9–10s | V signs by the face, then forearms crossed |
| 10–12s | Fist to the temple under the ceiling lamp, then a thumb over the shoulder as you turn |
| 12–14s | Walk to the shelves with your back to the camera, then turn back and look into the lens |
Step by step: how to make the Iceman AI video#
- Open the template. Go to the Iceman AI page and sign in.
- Upload one photo. One adult, ideally full body, with your face clear and your whole outfit in the frame.
- Pick the format. Vertical 9:16 is the default for TikTok, Reels and Shorts; landscape 16:9 is there if you want it wide.
- Pick quality. Standard 720p is the default and plenty for social. 480p is cheaper and fine for a test; Pro and Ultra add detail and go up to 1080p.
- Generate. It usually takes three to five minutes.
- Add the sound and post. The file is silent. Open TikTok or Reels, upload the video and pick the official track from the platform's music library, so it plays under the platform's licence.
Tip
The clip shows your whole body when you walk the shelves and press the beat down, so a full-body photo comes out better than a selfie. You keep your own clothes, so wear the outfit you want in the video.
Picking a photo that works#
| Works well | Causes trouble |
|---|---|
| Full body or knee-up, standing | Tight selfies where the arms are cut off |
| Face clear, looking roughly at the camera | Sunglasses, masks, a hand over the face |
| One person in the photo | Group photos |
| Even light, no heavy filter | Very dark or heavily edited photos |
The close-ups are tight, so the face does a lot of the work. A confident, straight-to-camera expression matches the energy of the clip better than a candid side shot.
Note
Photos of public figures, including the artist, and photos that appear to show minors are rejected before any credits are charged. Use photos of yourself or of people who agreed to be in your video.
Ideas for your post#
- The friend who raps every song word for word. Make one for them and tag them.
- Your winter-coat fit. A puffer and a beanie in a freezer full of boxes fits the room perfectly.
- A Drake double feature. Post your Iceman clip next to your Burning Bridges version and let people pick a favourite.
- "POV: the warehouse shift hits different." The cold-room setting does most of the caption work.
Iceman AI vs. CapCut templates#
A lot of Iceman templates in CapCut take your photo and add zooms, effects and text over the song. They don't re-perform the scene: you're not in the cold room, walking the shelves or doing the moves.
The Iceman AI video generator makes a new video where you are the person rapping in the room, with your own face and outfit. It runs in the browser, so there's no app to install and no template link to hunt down.
Is this the "I AM ICEMAN" AI song?#
No. In April 2026, AI-made fake songs were passed around as album leaks under the "I AM ICEMAN" name. That is a different meme. The Iceman AI video is a video of you. It doesn't make music and never imitates the artist's voice.
How much it costs#
A Standard 720p Iceman video costs 597 credits; 480p costs 271. Higher tiers cost more, and the exact price is always shown next to the Generate button before you start. Credit packs are one-time payments, with no subscription. They start at $9.90 for 600 credits and never expire. If a generation fails, the credits go straight back to your balance. See the pricing page for details.

Frequently asked questions#
What is the Iceman AI trend?#
It's the cold-room rap clip from the October 2026 wave of "put yourself in a Drake music video" AI videos. One person raps into a handheld camera inside a white storage room full of shelves and white boxes, and AI swaps in your face and outfit.
Does the video come with the song?#
No, the video is silent. Add the official track from the TikTok, Instagram or YouTube Shorts music library when you post. Audio in a downloaded file is never a music licence, so follow the music rules of the platform you post on.
How many photos do I need?#
- One adult per video. If you want a friend in it too, make a second video with their photo.
Will I be wearing my own clothes?#
Yes. You keep the outfit from your photo. The room, the shelves and the lighting are generated around you.
Is this an official Drake product?#
No. Viberot is an independent AI video tool and isn't affiliated with Drake, OVO or any label.
